Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Use Your AI (the “Application”), provided by Uzman Yazılım. The Application is available on a controlled-access basis to authorized users and clients.
1. Authorized use
You may use the Application only with accounts and data you are authorized to access and only in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, and agreements. You are responsible for the instructions you submit, the permissions you configure, and the actions you approve.
2. Connected services
The Application can interact with services you choose to connect, including Google identity, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Site Verification, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and YouTube upload. Your use of a connected service remains governed by that service’s terms and policies. You authorize the Application to send requests to connected services within the permissions you grant.
3. Rules-based operations and approval
The current Application uses deterministic, rules-based workflows and does not connect Google user data to an AI or machine-learning model. You must review recommendations, permissions, approval requests, budgets, publishing operations, access changes, and other material changes before authorizing execution. The Application’s controls reduce risk but do not replace informed human oversight.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the Application to access accounts without authorization, evade safeguards or approval controls, violate advertising or platform policies, interfere with the Application, or engage in unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
5. Availability and changes
Features may be added, modified, restricted, or discontinued as the product and connected-service requirements evolve. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, connected services, or the Application.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free analysis. You remain responsible for reviewing business decisions and complying with applicable requirements.
