Use Your AI

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Uzman Yazılım (“we,” “us,” or “our”) accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when a user authorizes and uses Use Your AI (the “Application”). The Application is a rules-based business operations platform that lets authorized users connect supported Google services, review information, and carry out user-requested operations through visible permission, approval, and audit controls.

1. Information the Application accesses

The Application uses Google OAuth. Depending on the features you choose and the permissions you grant, it may access:

The Application accesses only the Google accounts and resources the signed-in user is already authorized to use. It does not request or collect your Google password; authentication and consent take place directly through Google's OAuth flow.

2. How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide the user-facing features that you request, including:

Write operations are limited to an identified resource, checked against configured permissions, previewed where applicable, and subject to explicit user approval. The Application does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not use it for unrelated purposes.

3. Artificial intelligence and machine learning

The current Application does not integrate with, call, embed, or operate any third-party, self-hosted, or offline artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model. It does not use an AI aggregator, model gateway, model hub, model endpoint, or AI training partner. Current automation is deterministic and rules-based.

Google API data—including raw, aggregated, anonymized, and derived data—is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized, non-personalized, foundational, or other artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not transfer, sell, or share Google API data to any third party for those purposes. The Application does not request Google Workspace or Google Photos scopes in its current authorization bundle, and no Google Workspace or Google Photos API data is sent to any AI/ML provider.

The product name reflects a broader product direction, not an active AI data integration. If optional customer-controlled AI connectivity is introduced in the future, it will remain disabled until we have implemented data minimization, explicit user controls, provider and plan-level review, no-training protections, appropriate retention controls, updated disclosures, and any required Google review or re-verification.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not share Google user data with AI/ML providers. We disclose Google user data only in the limited circumstances below:

5. Storage and retention

OAuth tokens and connection credentials are kept in access-controlled systems and are not exposed in user-facing pages, exports, screenshots, or prompts. Google user data may be processed in memory, cached for service reliability, or stored as normalized reporting, configuration, request, approval, execution, and audit records when needed to provide the features described above.

Connection credentials are retained while the connection remains active or until access is revoked or deletion is requested. Other Google user data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, maintain security and auditability, comply with law, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. It is then deleted or anonymized.

6. Security and access controls

The Application is designed to bind operations to the selected authorized account, validate requests on the execution side, apply configured permission and approval policies, minimize requested data, and deny unknown or unauthorized actions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data.

7. Your choices and controls

You choose which Google account to connect and which permissions to grant. You can decline requested permissions, although the corresponding features will remain unavailable. You can revoke the Application’s Google access at any time from your Google Account connections. You may also ask us to disconnect your account or delete Application data associated with you by contacting admin@uzman-yazilim.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account before fulfilling a request.

8. Children

The Application is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

9. Website measurement and consent

Our public website uses a Google tag to measure website activity and advertising conversions. Advertising storage, analytics storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are denied by default. If you accept optional measurement, your choice is stored in your browser and Google may process device, browser, interaction, and network information needed to provide measurement services. If you reject it, optional measurement storage remains denied.

This website measurement is separate from Google Ads account data obtained through the Application’s OAuth connection. We do not use Google Ads account data obtained through Google APIs for advertising or website visitor profiling.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Application evolves. We will update the date above and provide any additional notice or consent required when a change materially affects how Google user data is used.
